First things first - Alyssa was amazing. So helpful, explained my options, my insurance coverage and helped me pick out my glasses. I paid out of pocket for a second pair and there was no nickle and diming for the extras (which most were included). The price difference between here and local places is night and day (a pair of Oakleys another place was charging $200 for was $100 here). Zuber was BEYOND helpful and truly skilled at repairing my Costco glasses! It certainly saved me in an emergency situation. I spent the day without being able to see properly. It also enabled me to get through the work week smoothly! Thank you SO much!!!!
