Rude staff. Spent hundreds of dollars and treated like dirt. Never ever ever ever again. Buyer beware!
I had a great experience with the Optometrist and his tech, as well as the employees that sell glasses. Dr. Robert Fox was super nice and helpful. His tech is the sweetest girl and incredibly helpful as well. When I came back to pick up my glasses, there were different employees in the glasses area, the older woman was a bit rude in the beginning and another woman kept walking around yelling loudly instead of talking with an indoor voice. But overall, very satisfied with my two trips there.
This is the best place to get eyeglasses. The manager, James Brown, not only has a cool name but he's a really cool guy. He's very intelligent but most of all very kind. I was upset the day I went in there which had nothing to do with him but have been through cancer for the 3rd time and recently as well and having a bad pain day. He was so nice to me and helped me out with my eyeglass insurance and when I walked out I only had to pay $35 for lenses which is a great price. Free frames with my insurance. My husband and I went recently to get our eye exam and Dr. Fox it was amazing, he was so detailed with information about my prescription and also gave advice of what is best for my eyes. Also, his receptionist is so nice and helpful with anything that you need. Definitely super recommended!
