First things first - Alyssa was amazing. So helpful, explained my options, my insurance coverage and helped me pick out my glasses. I paid out of pocket for a second pair and there was no nickle and diming for the extras (which most were included). Zuber was BEYOND helpful and truly skilled at repairing my Costco glasses! It certainly saved me in an emergency situation. I spent the day without being able to see properly. It also enabled me to get through the work week smoothly! Thank you SO much!!!!
