I've never had a negative experience at costco optical. Every appointment has been very thorough, led by very competent doctors. They even went out of their way, immediately calling around in order to secure a doctor for my son's eye injury. I would like costco to sell some round glasses though.
I have purchased glasses here for years. I went in today to look for another pair and was standing by the front counter then went to the back wall area to look at more glasses. I went back up to the counter and finally someone (out of the three standing there) asked me if I needed anything. I told the employee I was looking for a shape similar to my glasses and if he had anything like them. His response- “what you see is what we got so…..”. No offer at all to help me in any way. The doctor was amazing!!! Definitely such a sweet man and had so much patience for my mom
I made an appointment on line and there was no wait. The exam went smoothly and the Dr. was helpful in explaining everything to me.
