We stopped by to pick up lenses for my wife’s new prescription. Julia was AMAZING. She was patient, helpful, and insightful.
My first time using Costco optical. I already had a prescription so I was just getting glasses. The selection was good. They didn't try to sell me more expensive frames than I wanted, but the salesman was very helpful. As promised, the glasses were ready in just over a week. And of course the price was great. I will use them again.

I called before I went, they said to come in person to re-order glasses. I showed up and they didn't accept the Kaiser prescription because it didn't have a signature. Then they said I had to bring the child with me because they needed to take some sort of measurement. They could have saved me time by telling me this over the phone, which is why I called before I went.
