I had an appointment October 12, 2025, and the doctor told me she was not comfortable providing me an eye exam due to the need of a prism in my glasses so we ended up canceling that exam in the office so I can find a different eye Doctor who is able to do that. Awesome Optometrist!
I went to return unused contacts lens as the Costco website said they can returned. Employee named Laura with curly hair and glasses who also lies that she’s the manager stated I couldn’t return them. I asked her to explain why the website said I could but why she wouldn’t accept them and she basically didn’t have an explanation. She had a pretty disgusting Attitude even though I was calm and polite. I don’t write reviews. I’m nice to service workers but she pissed me off. I brought a pair of glasses had them for five weeks. They were completely scratched up. Not only the lenses but the frames. When they gave me the replacement pair, that material was off as well and scratched up. It’s because they’re using the cheapest materials, they don’t back them up. Spend a few more dollars and get a decent pair HORRIBLE 1 clerk 5 people
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY -pay a bit more for quality elsewhere HORRIBLE QUALITY GLASSES‼️‼️‼️ They don’t back up the frames, their lenses were scratched after a month as well as the frame… They give you a state of hassle for everything there! There’s not enough service people you sit around for 40 minutes. They suck. I’m 58, these are the worst quality glasses I’ve ever had in my life!
