The worst experience I've EVER encountered! Dr. Rivera decreased my prescription. I called numerous times to tell him I could not see with the prescription. I was told he would call me and nope I did not receive any phone call. I had to call my vision insurance and explain the situation. I was charged $30 more than what I was supposed to pay. Was going to leave a 5 just to get the $5 off. Dr. Patel was great but lady at the front desk inside the office isn’t the most pleasant person. Not good at customer service and seemed upset that I wanted to do the $5 off for a google review and she had to be bothered to change the price even though there’s a sign saying to do so. Would not recommend.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR AN EYE EXAM. I called this location after my appointment with questions about my prescription / contact brand. Dr. Tran was very rude and dismissive when I had questions. She hung up on me during my initial call, and when I called back, I was immediately put on hold once she found out I was the same caller. The optical department is not the same as the eye exam place- that optometrist has bad reviews but speaking for the optical department- it was great! Wonderful options of high end and budget frames. After going to various stores, this was the best option. Everything was cheaper that wasn’t covered by insurance. The staff was great and super patient.
I do no recommend this office. Terrible experience with my optical appointment. I was completely rushed through my exam and was ignored when I told her that I could not see clearly at all with the trial pair of contacts I was given. I was told to blink more and that my contacts would settle. When I told her it was still extremely blurry and I could not see, she simply just changed the prescription she had just written (which was still not correct and not even the correct brand of contacts on the prescription).
