Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I bought glasses for my dad, I paid almost 300 dollars in total to this store, six months ago the lens of the glasses cracked inside, it is not broken (see photo), today after two years I wanted to return to the store so that They will check why this would have happened and if they could offer me a guarantee, the person who helped me was rude and said that I should just buy another pair , they didn't even bother to see if it only needed cleaning.
