Horrible experience. I when to get new lenses put into frames that my daughter had gotten at Costco about 3 years ago. I gave the clerk my name and my membership card and she could not find my information. she said are you sure you bought them here. My daughter said that she was. I said I just want new lenses to put into these frames; can't you do that without finding my original order. Absolutely horrific experience with clerk. I wanted to by two frames, and clerk was lazy, absolutely not helpful and on top of that used me as a middle man between insurance company. They are members of network and instead of helping me clerk just did not want to do any work. Guess what, never again, and I will post reviews everywhere to warn people about this optical store. They have good selection of frames, but I ran into bad clerk and that is that. I have no idea who is the manager in this place but let this be a warnin... read more
