I just had an eye exam here and I have to say at first I was worried because eye appointments always intimidate me. The staff here is incredible. Elaina and Gianna felt like warm and familiar friends. They were so helpful and kind. Dr. Crespo was also incredible. He was kind, informative, and thorough. I am so grateful I decided to come here. It makes Costco even more amazing!
I don’t even want to give one star. My husband bought a pair of glasses recently. He wanted transitional lens but they gave him clear ones. He cannot return eyeglasses or exchange the lens by paying the difference. Why did they mistake this kind of mistake? Now he has to buy another pair.
If you have a problem with your glasses, well good luck cause the only person who can solve them is the manager who is never there. I don’t understand how you a manager and never at your job? Like huh? Make it make sense! Apparently he is always at “meetings” every time I ask. Worried about meetings and stuff and not your own customers? Hmm maybe it’s on purpose.
