My eye exam was great! I was in and out super quick and everyone in the optometrist office was really kind and professional. My experience with the folks who helped me order glasses however was honestly the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I work customer service so I understand people sometimes have bad days, but the way I was treated left me feeling just plain uncomfortable and unwelcome, and honestly I was a little scared. I’ll continue coming back for the optometrist but I will not buy glasses from here again.
Dr. Scott Neuman was able to fit me in between a couple of appointments to look at my eye that was very irritated. He was able to find a piece of metal and remove it as well as relieve the pain that I was feeling. My wife has used them for all of her contacts and lense needs for many years. The front office staff was very kind and helpful as well. Thank you so much, Dr. Scott!
Danielle is awesome!!!! I was having a hard day and she was so personable and made me laugh.
