The Manager left to go on break right when I walked up so I have been waiting for over 30 minutes for someone to assist me. They did my glasses order wrong and left off my transition lenses. I am very disappointed in the locations optical department.
This is my second eye exam & purchase of eyeglasses & sunglasses .Dr Battaglia was excellent during my exam .She was thorough & explained all of exam to me .Her office manager was kind & helpful. As I went to purchase glasses I was told rather strongly by a woman behind the counter to " take a number" I felt like they should at least offer a donut ! I bought some frames about three months ago at Costco (Havana ST, Aurora Colorado). I accidentally broke them and found the exact same frame model and size online for a tenth the price. I took the broken frame and the exact same size new frame to Costco to have them swap the lenses over. An extremely condescending woman barely glanced at the frames and incorrectly determined (with her bare eyes noless) the new frame was 3mm different than the old.
