Optometrist and opticians were great. Store management at this particular store is a complete good old boy/bro culture and does not operate with the same ethical and customer service standards as Costco Corporate. I was told that they are under scrutiny right now from corporate.

Prices you can’t beat but terrible customer service and craftsmanship. My Jimmy Choo eyeglasses were not properly fitted to my face by the associate and when I tried to get them fixed I was told that they were just made like that. They are falling apart and won’t stay on but ok sure they are just made like this. Go somewhere else because savings are useless when the product is trash and the company won’t correct the product for you.
