Little bit annoying. Called few times within the week to schedule appointments and always get voicemail. Mind you , I’m calling during business hours.
Customer service here is excellent. Jacob was real patient and did a great job helping my wife ordering contact lenses for our daughter.
Came in specifically to buy a pair of frames I had already tried on a week ago. The associate told me, unsolicited, that she didn't feel they suited my face and I shouldn't purchase them. Bizarre and hurtful experience.
