Came in specifically to buy a pair of frames I had already tried on a week ago. The associate told me, unsolicited, that she didn't feel they suited my face and I shouldn't purchase them. Bizarre and hurtful experience.
Dr. Julie T Tran & Associates at Costco (Hanover) were amazing! They answered all my questions, were quick and friendly, explained everything up front, organized and clearly knowledgeable of all aspects of their job/responsibilites. I was a walk in with no previous knowledge of their services. They had me in and out so quickly AND were the best ever. I'm absolutely going there for all my optical needs from now on. Thank you for everything!!

Joshua is great in customer service and helping out. He makes sure that you get the right fit. We have tried others but have to go back to Joshua to get things work. He worked so patiently with my husband and his progressives .Ty has been helpful too. Always very courteous
