Highly recommend Costco Optical Beltsville. Dr. Watson did a thorough exam and really listened to my concerns regarding a slight obstruction in my right eye. Dr. Watson offered to dilate my eyes and discovered a detached retina. This happened at 5pm on a Friday afternoon. She and the staff sprung into action to find a Retina Specialist who would be open over the weekend because this issue needed to be dealt with immediately. Dr. Watson provides wonderful eye care in a very caring, professional manner.
Terrible customer service. Did eye exam and went to purchase glasses, the rep stated there is no plan on my account. I called the provider and also contacted my job and was told yes, i am covered and also the Dr. Who was at this location is in network. So i couldnt get the glasses as the rep decided she woulnt check or call or do anything. I asked her to check multiple times as i was literally on the phone with the provider as I was speaking to her. She refused and wanted to just keep talking to her friend. The eye doctor here is absolutely awful. Cancel my appointment without letting me know. Worst experience so far
Both Dr Zolotova and Dr Nicholson are AMAZING! Literally the only people I can trust with my only two eyes. No nonsense doctors with amazing bedside manner. I come out of state just to see them.
