Made a mistake for not checking the review before making an appointment with this terrible costco optical. They just skipped my appointment and told me I have to come back 2 days later just because I was 10 minutes late due to traffic. I guess it is a good thing I don't get to spend $160 for contact eye exam at this place, they probably going to mess up some other stuff after the exam.
I highly recommend! I always receive the best care and attention to all of my concerns.
TOTALLY CLUELESS AND THEY DO NOT KEEP COPIES OF YOUR RECORDS
I saw Dr. Barbara Villa during my annual visit. She was professional, compassionate, and understanding. She asked thoughtful questions, explained everything thoroughly, and took her time to ensure all my concerns were addressed. I would highly recommend her.
Jenna is absolutely amazing!!! Please go see her at the optical department. She'll have a smile waiting for you ☺️
