It really really REALLY pains me to leave a negative review about Costco. I've been a Costco fanboy since 1991, and they have never let me down. But tragically, the optical department at San Luis Obispo has let me down multiple times. So I thought I just had to leave a review. Bottom line is I tried to have a pair of computer glasses made, simply to replace the ones that I lost, (which had been working great). fixed my glasses so quick
Closed for lunch but they don’t post lunch hours on google. Time wasted. I just needed a print out of my prescription. Lady said closed for lunch, come back later.
Great service, amazing prices. Felt well taken care of.
Both the optician and tech were very accommodating to my needs (I was travelling through the area and needed contacts on very short notice). They were very friendly and easy to work with, and they went out of their way for me. Amazing and highly recommend!
