The people are friendly enough when you actually get service. The wait app is horrendous. I needed to pick up a pair of glasses, signed into the app and was told it was almost my turn. Twenty minutes later and five people called before me, I left without my glasses. Finished all of my Costco shopping in less time than I waited. Don't tell me it's almost my turn when I'm not next in line!

For some reason you can't take a number anymore. You have to 1. Scan a code, 2. Open a website, 3. Enter your name and phone number, 4. Read and agree to the terms, conditions & privacy policy 5. Select the service you want, then finally 6. Wait 10-15 minutes for your turn!! As I am doing the check-in process, one customer after another is asking, "How do I check-in?" Called over the course of several days and couldnt get through to the optical department- no answer, middle of weekdays. Finally reached Rene and he was rude, no greeting just answered yelling at someone else and then said “yeah what”, i thought maybe i was calling the wrong number so i asked for the optical dept he said yea this is it do you need something. Waste of time, I had to send my glasses back FOUR times because of glare, finally got my money back and will go some where else!
