Called over the course of several days and couldnt get through to the optical department- no answer, middle of weekdays. Finally reached Rene and he was rude, no greeting just answered yelling at someone else and then said “yeah what”, i thought maybe i was calling the wrong number so i asked for the optical dept he said yea this is it do you need something. have use these services for 10 years and alway have been satisfied.
Waste of time, I had to send my glasses back FOUR times because of glare, finally got my money back and will go some where else!
Very good service, knowledgeable
No one answers the phone. Why would anyone go to a place so understaffed? If you have endless patience this is the place for you.
