Waste of time, I had to send my glasses back FOUR times because of glare, finally got my money back and will go some where else!

No one answers the phone. Why would anyone go to a place so understaffed? If you have endless patience this is the place for you.
For some reason our prescription was incorrect and we went in to double check and the receptionist is horrible. I dread going in there and speaking with her. She kept asking me why I decided to wait so long, why and I getting glasses now when I should have gotten them with the prescription. Either way, what i said wasn't a good enough reason for her and she was cold and calloused. I really suggest that they get someone else to work the front desk she needs a hug or something.
