Everyone was so super sweet and helpful and made the whole process super easy. Madison was wonderful and worked well with my fear of optometrists. Sara did a really great job helping me pick out glasses. Honeyrae is seriously the best aponiclest in the biz! Really really great experience. I would never go anywhere else for optical stuff! Not even the Costco 2 hours closer to my house.
I ordered my glasses and sun glasses the same day. The sunglasses were ready within the promised week. The glasses didn’t pass some type of inspection and I was told they led be in by today at the latest. However, I can’t get a definite date from Costco optical of when I can expect them- other than they haven’t been shipped by the lab - I know the optical department can’t help this- but they seem more frustrated with me asking questions than is warranted. I just want to be able to see :)
Extremely nice, kind, helpful staff in the optical dept. However, they really like to adjust the arms of your glasses — so much that they insist on it even when you say they fit, almost like it is a toy for them— my glasses fit almost totally perfect right out of the arrival box when I picked up. A newer staff member insisted on adjusting it—“just a little bit”—- after an hour of standing there trying on my Glasses as he worked them back and forth and back and forth with heat, I said “These fit much better before you started... read more
Kim in optical is great! She will get you into a pair of frames that fit you well, no matter what :)
This was my first time using Costco or glasses, I must say, I am really pleased with not only the price, but also the service. Both the receptionist and the optometrist were absolutely lovely and very helpful. I especially appreciate that they have Saturday appointments. I work Monday through Friday and have to drive from Hamilton. I was also incredibly impressed with the price of frames
