We were so grateful to find reasonably priced rx sunglasses here. The woman whose name starts with Ka (Kathy? Kari? Sorry I forgot!) was so friendly at pickup. Not 5 stars just because the three different men we interacted with there over multiple visits were unfriendly. But I would recommend Costco to anyone looking for a good deal on prescription glasses.
Mark, the optical manager, did not even want to do his job. Went to Hillsboro optical and said they can fit a prescription in the frame, but since I had issues with another frame that I bought at the Aloha location, was referred back to Aloha. Brought the same frame to this location said they were unable to do it and wasn't willing to even send it to the lab even though we told them the Hillsboro location said it was a valid frame - confirmed it was the same lab both Costcos would send it to.
