WORST GLASSES PLACE EVER!!! Got Costco card this year and thought I give the optical a try. What a disaster, they do not know what the heck they are doing! I am tired of going back, of going back, of going back for adjustments!!! There was a wrong lens placement, wrong color of the lenses as I asked for grey, but got brown, and today, I went for another pick up and asked for adjustment and got no adjustment, no care! Had a wonderful exam with Dr. Kanout. She was quick but thorough and asked relevant questions. I’m used to Dr. Mansoir, so I was surprised to be treated by a different physician, but I was very happy with her kind and intelligent presence. Now I have two people I would recommend from this practice 🥰
