TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The worst customer service. Sasha was very rude. Very bothered, like she was being forced to be at work. No one greeted me. Told me that they could not put lenses in my Tom Ford frames due to a scratch on the frame. NOT a crack or damage. A scratch. I felt like she had a nasty attitude and it was really no reason why. Needless to say, I went around the corner to Walmart- very polite and friendly. They gladly accepted my business. I pick up my glasses next week.
The service was absolutely terrible. I needed my glasses adjusted, which wasn't a big problem in itself, but the staff member（Victor Asian ) who seemed to be new and hadn't received proper training, actually took my glasses apart... and didn't adjust them properly at all; the frames became extremely large. He tried many times, but it only got worse. Meanwhile, his supervisor didn't even bother to help me. Judy at Costco Optical in King of Prussia was amazing. She fixed my son's glasses after the arm had been bent almost 90 degrees.
Very rude people
Always have a great experience in the Optical department. Lots of options to choose from. They have really good sunglasses as well. Pricing is very reasonable on the frames and lenses. They accept most of the insurances. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The glasses come in quickly as well. All in all a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone with a Costco membership that needs a new pair of glasses
