I had a wonderful experience with Costco Optical last week. The optometrist really took the time to make sure I had the right contact lens prescription by having me try multiple samples for fit and clarity. She also sent me home with several samples too. Also I went to get glasses immediately afterwards and Victoria T was amazing. She was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and was genuinely kind and wanted to be helpful. Terrible service. Rude. Purposely took their sweet time with many people standing around waiting to be helped. Lady behind counter bragging about working for Costco optical department for 22+ years yet offers me abysmal customer service.
