Terrible service. Rude. Purposely took their sweet time with many people standing around waiting to be helped. Lady behind counter bragging about working for Costco optical department for 22+ years yet offers me abysmal customer service.
I asked the front desk whether they accept VSP for eye inspecion. the front desk said yes. After been inspected I was asked to pay a $50 copay. I am surprised because I used to pay only $10 copay at other places. I think they should really explain more that they are out of the vsp network and how much I need to pay. After I paid I noticed a posting on the door to the inspection room that they are not part of Costco.
