I have been getting my eyes checked since 2005 but after calling several times to make an appointment and finlly getting and answer the woman told me i could come in between ten and eight you can't make appointments anymore?

I have such a great experience. Everyone is so nice, doctor , blond hair girl , receptionist and the one who trained me. Everyone was so helpful and patient. I urgently need replacement since my temporary lens were about to expire. Block hair lady gave me more till since my doctor is away for while. Castco optical 10/10
The customer service was phenomenal
**Almost an hour wait - dirty equipment** I've been going there for the last couple of years, and it's always the same. While the recipients/ assistants are fairly nice, they appear to not know what they're doing. Equipment was dirty from the last patient. My appt was being skipped, and it took almost an hour to be seen. From all the reviews, it seems I'm not far off in my experience. They need more training or fresh faces, IMHO.
