I have been getting my eyes checked bye doctor Andrew Lou since 2005 but after calling several times to make an appointment and finlly getting and answer the woman told me i could come in between ten and eight you can't make appointments anymore? I'll just go to LensCrafters they have a bigger selection of frames

I am giving 4 stars because of my initial eye exam experience. I’d rate my initial eye exam 1 star, however, after coming back to return my glasses due to the fact that they do not work for me, I had a much better experience after speaking with a gentleman that works in the optical department, named Rich. This gentleman was so attentive to my concerns and was incredibly helpful in what we could do moving forward.
