Okay so over all these people are absolutely wonderful and fix my glasses for free the only issue I have is there is always such a long wait you even have to take a number so if you're planning on coming planning on being here for a little bit
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We've bought frames and lenses from Redding Costco a few times. This time I decided to buy better quality titanium frames. The lenses fit the frames poorly and keep falling out. They got scratches from hitting the ground. The screws won't stay tight even during the 1st 30 days. THEY WILL NOT WARRANTY THEM. Whike the independent optometrist is good, we will NEVER buy glasses there again. Beware and do not buy!
I've picked up glasses twice here and both times included terrible customer service. The first time the girl was rude and did not offer to fit the glasses or do anything except toss me the box. To avoid this interaction again I decided this time to have the glasses delivered. Unfortunately the package was lost and I was forced to go pick them up. Been going to Redding Costco Eye Center for years, specifically with Dr. Dora and have always had phenomenal care. She really listens to your concerns, and all the staff are very helpful/knowledgable
Fast , and they called me to remind me my appointment is the same day! Great Service! And they accept my insurance!
