Unprofessional, he gave me the same prescription from 5 years ago. During exam, even when I tell him I still can’t see the last row, he still told me to move on and give me a paper without any explanation. Waste of 115$. Not helpful any all.
Probably one of the better Costco’s to get your eyes checked and then get contacts and glasses. Highly recommend!
Brian was a joy to work with. Kind, patient, and skilled. It was crazy busy even on a Monday afternoon and he made what could have been a dreadful experience worth doing. Honestly, without such great customer care, we would never return to Costco for our glasses even with the better products at lower cost. Just too hectic.
I bought a pair of glasses here a few years ago and LOVE them, they’re truly my favorite glasses I’ve ever had. So imagine my horror and despair when I wake up from a peaceful nap this weekend to find that the “lab” puppy of truly epic (and increasingly terrifying) size and proportions found my beloved spectacles and proceeded to enact horrors upon them that were banned decades ago by the Genova Convention.
