Update 12.24.25 there's a LOVELY lady receptionist there now. People, this is for the VISION CENTER. The receptionist is beyond rude. Costco will lose business in glasses bc of her attitude and demeanor. The Dr didn't bother to ask or talk about whether I can wear bifocals, progressives etc or not. He put the prescription on one form. Nov 23
COSTCO Optical Dept (inside Warehouse near the TVs, etc), provides EXCELLENT SERVICE. During this visit, LEIGHA provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE: PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, CUSTOMER-FOCUSED!!! LEIGHA DEFINITELY KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING!!! She adjusted my glasses to PERFECTION...Greatly appreciated! ALLEN HUERTA does an EXCELLENT JOB of managing this location, and I am grateful for their EXCELLENT SERVICE. I chose this place for my eye exam because it would be convenient to do my shopping afterward; however, I was unfortunately attended to at reception by a woman who appeared to be from India. From the start, she either didn't know how or didn't want to ask for my documents politely. Then she told me I didn't have coverage and that I had to pay, without realizing she was misspelling a number. I have been a patient Dr Ashfaq optometrist for over 15years, and their service has always been highly professional. However, today they truly exceeded my expectations. I experienced some urgent symptoms and, despite their busy schedule, the staff went out of their way to fit me in for a same-day appointment. I absolutely love this eye doctor and cannot recommend him enough. A few years ago he spotted that my optic nerve was blurred in my eyes when no one else had ever spotted it before. He was about to refer me to a specialist who officially diagnosed the issue. He is very good at his job and is such a nice person. 10/10, would highly recommend
