If you value customer service and honesty, shop elsewhere. Costco isn't delivering on its promises. I ordered two pairs of glasses and was told I will receive a phone call when they arrive. Didn't hear back from them for over two weeks. Called to inquire and found out they arrived 10 days earlier. The person I spoke to claimed that I was sent a text message, but I never got it. i had a great experience! everyone was nice, i had a lot of time to pick out a frame for my glasses, got a good deal, it was great!
You’ll find yourself in the hands of some of the rudest and most unhelpful unwelcoming staff ever. Not even worth the deals.
Sales counter has terrible customer service. Rude employees who don’t want to be there. I was told to take a number. Took a number, ticket number 00. No other waiting customers and 2 other employees behind the counter not doing much. The busy employee finished up the family they were helping. Then I sat for over 10 minutes while the 3 ladies working the counter just talked to each other and laughed. Never checked in with me again.
Today is Wednesday. soooo terrible.
