Dr. Rhee is awesome! My new prescription is perfect for me. I'm surprised by the 1 start reviews I see on this site. Most seem to be directed at the staff or people with no sense of humor. I was able to get a reduction on the exam since I have Medicare. I was able to purchase two great sets of frames with lenses for $235 with their 50% off on the 2nd pair of frames. The lady who assisted me choosing frames was very helpful.
Anthony and his team have gone over and above to help me get what I need and fixed an initial hiccup. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the limited selection available. More colors, more fashionable and fun frames are needed to complete this eyewear store. This is clearly a shortfall of Costco’s corporate management, since it has been the same experience in every one of their stores forever. If you value customer service and honesty, shop elsewhere. Costco isn't delivering on its promises. I ordered two pairs of glasses and was told I will receive a phone call when they arrive. Didn't hear back from them for over two weeks. Called to inquire and found out they arrived 10 days earlier. The person I spoke to claimed that I was sent a text message, but I never got it. i had a great experience! everyone was nice, i had a lot of time to pick out a frame for my glasses, got a good deal, it was great!
You’ll find yourself in the hands of some of the rudest and most unhelpful unwelcoming staff ever. Not even worth the deals.
