DO NOT get your eye exam here. My first time getting glasses, ordered bifocals and was told give them time because the eyes have to get used to them. I was also prescribed a different power for one eye. I gave it time, tried to get used to them but finally went back in. Learned my prescription was wrong but I was passed the 30 days so no refund! Even with it being the opticians error! I gave one star because I couldn't post without it!
I was able to get an eye exam on the spot. The Dr was very easy to talk to and informative. Walked out with a new prescription.
Incredibly frustrating experience. (TLDR, bottom line is: HORRIBLE customer service and communication.) I made an appointment for new prescriptions for contacts and glasses. On arrival, I checked in, and waited. Within just a few minutes, the technician came out and asked me if I wore gas permeable lenses, and I said yes. She said that they no longer prescribe gas permeable lenses. My review is based off my experience shopping and buying frames. I didn't get an eye exam here. The frame selection is fantastic and the customer service I received from Jennifer was superb. She was very helpful and knowledgeable for someone getting glasses for the first time. I would recommend using this location. They were able to pull up in real time what my insurance would cover and directly apply the discount to my purchase.
