Today I had a wonderful experience. After being dissatisfied at my own optometrist office, I came here to order new glasses. Olivia was professional and thorough. She also was very kind and patient and answered my questions. She was very efficient, but also took the time to help me when needed. She made the whole experience very pleasant! Thank you!
This review is for Dr. Ha’s independent optometry practice only, not the optical department. The optical people are always great. Similar to the review below, I had a disappointing experience with rude customer service from the receptionist. I was put on hold for almost 15 minutes, and when they came on, there was no apology for the wait; all I wanted was my prescription but they spend a lot of time being unprofessional and circular on the phone, solved no problems, finally said they would take my contact info to email me th... read more

The worst service I’ve ever had. Dr. Ha at Costco Tumwater optical was rude, presumptuous, and very disrespectful when we arrived and was asked about our insurance for our appointment today. I called ahead of time to get an appointment for myself and my husband and asked if they took our insurance and the receptionist said they did and that we were on file as we had been there before. I went in with my sister today to help her pick out glasses and we had a very negative experience. It was our first time visiting the optical center so we weren’t familiar with the processes there. When we approached the counter an employee Jennifer very rudely asked us if we had gotten a number yet. My sister wasn’t sure what she meant and asked if she meant the number on the frames to which Jennifer responded by mocking her and stating “um no not the frames, the number over there!” in a very condescending tone of voice.
