Was left on hold for over a half an hour just trying to make an appointment. Spoke to someone for only 1 minute at the start of the call, and then waited in limbo for over half an hour. Don’t understand why it’s so hard. Edit: I ended up waiting on hold 40 minutes and no one ever answered. I hung up, and was able to get an appointment with Americas Best in Silverdale same day. I was easily able to schedule online with them. Costco Optical really needs to rethink their customer service practices.

Dr Hammond is a kind, energetic human! I have never had a better eye exam and I've had many. Michele is top notch with the preliminary testing, informative and empathetic to my slight nervousness. The facility is very clean. They were right on time! Highly recommend
Dr Hammond explained lots and was very knowledgeable regarding my eyesight and reassuring me it minor and a simple fix lol. Was only expecting the personal care and interaction, not frames or lenses, selection, etc.. 🤙
