My self and Todd ashamed been going here for over a decade. My vision is pretty stable I did stray once and regretted it!!! My glasses were awful! The test are quick and well explained all the techs are well informed and helpful and find me the right glasses for my face. Not a bad experience yet. Highly recommend them. They suck, the receptionist sucks, Dr sucks, they are there to get a paycheck that’s it. Some of the worst customer service on planet earth. If you have to go Costco go to Gig Harbor. They aren’t affiliated and I don’t think Gig Harbor optical would want to be.
Was left on hold for over a half an hour just trying to make an appointment. Spoke to someone for only 1 minute at the start of the call, and then waited in limbo for over half an hour. Don’t understand why it’s so hard. Edit: I ended up waiting on hold 40 minutes and no one ever answered. I hung up, and was able to get an appointment with Americas Best in Silverdale same day. I was easily able to schedule online with them. Costco Optical really needs to rethink their customer service practices.
