Can get anyone to answer the phone during business hours, plus you cannot book an appointment online…in 2026 that ridiculous.
The optical department is split into two parts, with the optometrist operating separately from eyewear sales. My eye exam with Dr. Anna Lee was fantastic—she made the entire process relaxing, stress-free, and informative while keeping a great conversational tone. Afterward, picking out glasses in the sales area was quick, and the staff was extremely helpful. Great job all around!
I called to ask a few questions. The lady i spoke with was extremely rude. I eventually hung up on her.
I did the eye exam and the lens that you look through during the test was foggy. I told the optimist and she didn’t clean it, she just kept doing the test.
