I had a wonderful time doing my eye exam here at this Costco Optical. The person checking my eye was Optos, she was very informative and explaining every process with me. Before I went in her office, another lady took my sight level by looking through their machine that was showing a hot air balloon. I also decided to do the retina photo thing where they'll let you know the health of your eyes. The price is very reasonable which is why I came here. I’ve purchased multiple pairs of glasses from Costco Optical in the past and chose them for lens replacement because they offer the most affordable prices and advertise this service. However, when I visited to replace the lenses in my existing frames, the blonde staff member I spoke with refused to accept them for replacement and instead tried to sell me a new pair. Dr Truong was great! Got an appointment on a Saturday within the week. Staff was nice and helpful. Let me now of insurance issues so I could get them resolved before the appointment which I really appreciated. I thought the office staff was nice too. I don’t understand the bad reviews, I would come here again and recommend
