Dr Truong was great! Got an appointment on a Saturday within the week. Staff was nice and helpful. Let me now of insurance issues so I could get them resolved before the appointment which I really appreciated. I thought the office staff was nice too. I don’t understand the bad reviews, I would come here again and recommend
This is where you buy your eyeglasses, this is not the optometrist. Reem is amazing and I tried target (sorry) but walked out of there shaking my head shocked at the prices.
I don't know what has happened to the optomestrist office at Simi Valley Costco but Dr. Foster is no longer there and and now it is Drs. Truong. The young woman has no social skills and my Rx for my progressive lenses was just not correct. I could not get back in for a corrective visit within the 90 days so they wanted another 79 bucks. Which okay, my bad. But decided I would no way want to sit thru another refraction with the ice queen. Going to Target or Walmart. I didn't take my company's eye insurance because Costco does... read more
