Dr. Doan was so sweet and helpful! Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist/front desk was the complete opposite. I hate leaving bad reviews, but especially in a medical/optometry office, I feel patients should be able to ask questions about pricing and treatment without feeling rushed or uncomfortable. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful but there are a couple of employees that need an attitude adjustment. They could be more friendly and conversational. The prescription seems fine, but they automatically include all the scratch, glare and blulight coatings. The blulight coating is amber in color and makes everything look off as far as color. Whites don't look white. I just had cataract surgery and my vision was finally clear and free of amber tones. With the coatings on my new glasses I feel like my cataracts are back... read more
As most often is the case the Costco staff are knowledgeable and professional. The two Eye Docs at this location are superb in every way Dr Doan & Dr Cheurn are impressive as is their office assistant. The state of the art equipment here make for a far better and comfortable. examination.
The ophthalmologist's service is excellent, she is a very competent and courteous professional, I will vote again.
Don't get your eyes examed at Costco. The retail end was great. The guys there were very friendly and helpful. But the exam process was a horrible experience. Take your business to an establishment who provides accurate results and cares about their customers. I went in for an eye exam end of 2024. Was provided with a script that i quickly noticed was not right and did not make things any better. I even inquired at the appointment that it seemed odd that the results didn't seem to reflect the severity of my problems seeing. ... read more
