The ophthalmologist's service is excellent, she is a very competent and courteous professional, I will vote again.
Don't get your eyes examed at Costco. The retail end was great. The guys there were very friendly and helpful. But the exam process was a horrible experience. Take your business to an establishment who provides accurate results and cares about their customers. I went in for an eye exam end of 2024. Was provided with a script that i quickly noticed was not right and did not make things any better. I even inquired at the appointment that it seemed odd that the results didn't seem to reflect the severity of my problems seeing. ... read more

Dr. Doan is amazing and I’m pretty sure the bad reviews are about the former eye doctor. Got contacts exam ( yes it also includes physical glasses exam , which means u will get two prescriptions) last week. Tried so many different normal contacts (such as Acuvue & coopervision) and colored contacts before but every single brand felt horrible in my eyes due to the condition of serious dry eyes and allergy😭😫 They wouldn’t even last for 2 hours while I was always applying eye drops .
