Very disappointed. A few months ago I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early, the girl at the front desk looked at me when I walked in and said date of birth, name, and you can sit outside in the chairs. That was it. Doctor was 20 minutes late. Rushed through my exam and gave me the prescription. He did not bother to tell me I had cataracts therefore, my contact lens prescription was not right. I had to go to a legitimate ophthalmology clinic and now I will be scheduled for cataract surgery.

I hadan appt. first thing in the morning. It was made 3 weeks ago. When I arrived, the girls at the desk were fine, they told me it would be about 10 min. One of the girls did the air test in my eyes, then she took me in the exam room and did the letters and numbers test. STILL NO DOCTOR. He was now 10 minutes late... She left the room and came back in apologizing and said, "The doctor called, and he is in a meeting and will be late." I asked, "How Late?" Her response, "No idea." Rude and impatient. Seen them be rude to other patients as well while I was waiting. I will not return and don’t recommend making an appointment here.

Had a great experience with the optical department today at Costco! Huge thanks to Alyssa at the front desk for answering all our questions. She also had excellent working skills. From answering numerous calls (that kept coming in), staying calm and very professional while scheduling our appointment and also making our experience a great one! Great job Alyssa! Thanks to all the staff! We Will definitely be coming back!
