Wow, I am so pleased with the outstanding customer service, friendliness and competence I have found in my local Costco Vision Center! Sure, we expect good deal$ rom Costco, and that expectation was also fulfilled. I do want to recognize one outstanding employee, Carly! She goes beyond meeting requirements and delivers excellence! Turns out that she has actually worked for Costco since 2003 (?!) and still greets everyone with a smile and quality service! Hooray for Carly!!

I was helped by Eduardo at the Clearwater Costco optical department and he was just very helpful and then called me the next day to follow up. Maybe he is expected to do this but his help seemed to me very professional and beyond. He’s been at Costco 28 years and I think Costco and its customers should be happy to have had him for so long.

I do not reccomend Costco Optical Department. I went there because Consumer Reports reccomended them. The selection was limited. I sensed that I was holding them up from whatever the next thing they needed to do.
