This Costco optical department is terrible place with terrible attitude man.
Chose Costco because they told me it would arrive in 2-3 days when I ordered. This was despite them not being covered by insurance and not having samples. 2-3 days is now becoming 8 days. Every person I spoke to has changed the target and has expressed 0 empathy to the misleading and changing target. Very frustrated and very bad overall customer experience
Raven E has always provided exceptional service, which is why I drive from Frisco to the Plano location. Unfortunately, my experience with Louise today was unacceptable. I was the only customer at the pickup area, and she remained seated, didn’t acknowledge me, and made no effort to help. When I asked for assistance, she abruptly told me to come to her rather than getting up. Rude, unhelpful, and not at all reflective of the standard I am used to from Costco Optical. It felt more like the DMV.
