The Best Optical Costco Department! Kevin was very helpful, he gave us all the time we needed and a week later our eye glasses were perfect! Thank you!
It did not start out well but eventually got resolved thanks to manage Kevin. I got a pair of glasses and I would see double if I was looking up or down. First guy blamed it on prescription. Second person understood that I could see just fine from each eye. It is just that when I tried to use both the yes I would see double. She could not fix it ( by this time total of three trips in addition to initial one). Kevin spent a lot of time reviewing EVERYTHING including the script. We came in to get new glasses, thinking we'd get just one pair. Like every other time at costco the deals were so good we each got 2 pair plus sunglasses. Awesome help, great fit, great deals. And we can get new lenses in our frames the next two years. Love costco.
Incredible customer service! I am in the process of purchasing lenses for frames I had purchased online. At this facility Muhamad "G" and Sara were kind, attentive, and were willing to look at the frames helped get frames sent to the lab to make the lenses. Great job to both of these employees! I will definitely be back if they're available I came to this facility after being rudely turned away from another Costo optical department.
