Had an AMAZING experience with the Costco Optical Department customer specialist! We were taken care of by Christopher, who was extremely personable and helped me have the perfect fit on my new glasses. He went above and beyond, and his personality made the experience so much fun. I have purchased my glasses from Costco for a while now and this was the first time I have felt lied to by the staff. I have purchased my glasses and for a while, I had no complaints until I began to notice the surface of one of the glasses has begun to deteriorate. It was peculiar to me because only the one lens was showing the signs of deterioration while the other looked like new.
