Not great for little kids eye exam. It is easy to be fast and mean, but it takes patient to be kind. The assistant is awesome though.
Found the staff to be patient and helpful - even signed, scanned and emailed me a copy of my prescription when I needed it to order something from another provider. Thanks!
This is by far the best experience buying prescription glasses. Linda helped me find a great pair. It was very affordable.
Outstanding people working in the Costco Vision Center, Mettawa. Had issues with new glasses....each time I came in for help..staff would have a genuine attitude to help fix my glasses. Very pleasant atmosphere here !! THANKS :)))
