The Costco optical department could really improve its customer service. While one or two staff members are kind and helpful, others seem poorly trained. When you ask about the total cost of glasses or lenses, or asking for more pairs to show from the drawer, they often appear frustrated—perhaps they’re overworked. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this location, as several employees come across as impatient and have a dismissive attitude toward customers.

Not great for little kids eye exam. It is easy to be fast and mean, but it takes patient to be kind. The assistant is awesome though.
Found the staff to be patient and helpful - even signed, scanned and emailed me a copy of my prescription when I needed it to order something from another provider. Thanks!
