Don't understand why it is so difficult to just get a prescription. I don't need stuff shoved into my eyes I don't need light shined into my eyes I don't need are puffed into my eyes I don't need pens poked into my eyes. I've already gone through two eye exams this year trying to get prescriptions that work. But nobody wants to take any time to actually get the prescription correct.
I visited the Costco Optical Dept this morning to look for eyeglasses with my prescription in hand. It was pretty crowded, so did have a bit of a wait. However, it provided me the chance to find a pair of frames I liked. Tania assisted me and was very friendly and stellar in her help. She was also very knowledgeable and gave me honest feedback on the frames I selected. Because of my particular situation, I ended up with 2 pair. So professional service ppl. They did an amazing job. Quick, professional, polite, ppl.
Dr. Clark (exam) and Emily A. (glasses shopping) offered the best customer service/shopping experience I've ever had in 25 years of eye exams. Kudos to both, for your patience, compassion, and upbeat service! Out of pocket, it was $105 for the exam and $260 for two pairs of glasses.
More fun than a poke in the eye! ... Oh, wait. Dr. Clark was very helpful identifying a metal shard fragment in my cornea and attempting in getting it removed.
