Ordered glasses with a prescription, was never notified of when them came in. I had to call myself to find out which if that was it alone wouldn't have been a huge deal. When I arrived to pick my order up there were two associates who were both helping oher customers. They amazingly and excessively slow, I took a ticket and was never even acknowledged for over 1/2 an hour. Not even something as simple as "we will be with you soon" or checking why I was waiting. I scheduled an eye exam one week ago, today after finishing my work and driving over an hour in heavy traffic I arrived at the clinic Costco, only to find out that my appointment had been unfairly given away to a young man who appeared to be a friend of the doctor reception, I wanted talk to Doctor Mark Fisher, but Dr didn't care about me at all this is injustice and cruelty to me.
Eric in the optical department has been fantastic! A few days ago he answered my call and helped me prepare what I needed to order contacts through Costco using my vision insurance benefits. Then when I came to the store he happened to be there, and processed my order in record time after I told him I was in a hurry to pick up my kid. Only thing I’d change is if I could use insurance online at Costco.com or through the app. But so far the optical dept has been helpful.
I got my glasses at Costco and was helped by Li. I just picked them up yesterday and started wearing them right away, no adjustment period needed at all! Normally, it takes me at least a day or two to get used to new glasses, but these felt perfect immediately. No discomfort, and the PD was spot on. Li is incredibly professional. From now on, I’ll definitely go to Li at Costco for all my eyewear needs. Highly recommended!
We love the doctor here and have been seeing him for the past 10 years! My son is now 25 and would rather see this Doctor than visit a doctor through his eye insurance. The doctor is very knowledgeable, honest, and gives great advice.
