Got my prescription in June, but I had to come back because my eyes were straining badly. Turns out my pupillary distance was incorrectly measured by 4 mm. I didn’t even get an apology. Like what?
They do not answer phones even on down time
"I was very unhappy with the way I was treated. My request for glasses was refused based on inaccurate feedback written by one of their staff about my previous experience with glasses. That feedback was completely wrong, and as a result I did not receive the service I needed."
They only accept prescriptions that are faxed in through a 3rd party fax app. I was like, you're joking right? Nope. Some third party talked them into making their customers use an app so they can track people (that's the only explanation that's logical) and making it seem like a dead technology is appropriate for serving it's customers. Wild! I definitely will be getting my contacts a different way.
