The customer service of the Optic department is not so impressive to say the least. My husband picked up my prescription eye glasses yesterday and one of them seem to have a blurry left lens. I went back today to ask for assistance. The lady looked at me after I put on the problemed pair and said she does not understand my problem! I said if the frame fits fine then it must be the lens. I have been trying to get assistance on an insurance issue from the manager for a month. No one answers the phone. I don’t believe they even have a phone. The 3 different times I went in person, the manager Christine was gone or on vacation. I was told by staff the manager would call me back since I am disabled and can’t come in again. But that never happened.
Every time I go in to order more contacts they tell me I can just call. Every time I call no one ever picks up.
