I had my glasses made here. The prices are unbelievably great, and the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. The glasses were ready on time and they work wonderfully.
They were great in helping me get a vision screening right away when I visited last year! More recently, I contacted their office for help in obtaining a note for school and they were so quick to respond. 5/5 stars :)
If I could only leave no star at all. Came in 10/16/2024. I literally only spent 5 minutes with Ann Vi Nguyen. After talking to her rude assistant and got called inside. Here's what Ann Vi Nguyen did. 1 or 2, 1 or 2, 1 or 2, okay, here's your prescription. Your prescription went down. I asked why? She said idk maybe they over corrected it the last time." very rude, absolutely NOT professional, have no knolage of glassess.. the try to get ride of the customer ASAP.... I end up going to Target and got my glassess .... Costco solowley become an immigration office.... they chicking you ID, photo, phone in 6 different places.... guys if you need glassess just go to Target on Jamboree ,,, they will help you proffessionaly...
