I came here a few months ago, One of the staff was persistent of getting my prescription. Which I did end up doing, I made an appointment with an eye doctor. I use the recommended prescription and brought the two pairs of glasses. When I got them and tried them on it didn’t seem right. I didn’t question it but after wearing them a couple of days it didn’t work out :(
Shoutout to Bill the front desk worker for putting me on hold for 20 mins! I came to read costcos reviews in the meantime since this was pretty slow of them to even set me up with an eye appointment. Looks like they need to change different staff or hire people with common decency for customers. Terrible stuff coming from costco… 12/30/25 If you read this, i suggest you listen to the other reviews and stay away from them.
Never had any issues with returns at Costco except at this location. Alex is incompetent
I had my glasses made here. The prices are unbelievably great, and the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. The glasses were ready on time and they work wonderfully.
