Costco this is on you...the employees at the Optometry Center (inside Costco at the Cobot location) are a joke. They are beyond RUDE!!! Instead of welcoming the customers, they ignore them. Why, you ask? Because they are busy chit chatting with each other. They ALL look miserable & too bothered to be helping people. Nobody there is interested in selling glasses. What's with the indifferent attitude and unfriendly tone? BAD customer service is such an easy fix. You hire capable managers, who can hire good employees. Do better... read more
My whole family saw Dr. Stefanidis few weeks ago. The office was clean. The staff and the doctor were extreme nice and professional. We will definitely come back again.
Seriously, save your money with Costco. I made 2 pairs for the cost of one pair at a specialty store. They carry designer frames but instead of costing over $700, it was only $200. Plus, I can shop and do my errands while also picking them up when they are done
Avoid this place for your own mental health! Unprofessional people with fake smile if you are lucky! So much attitude…bad vibe and manner! (Doctor is ok 3/10, optical center 0/10)
