I have never been so insulted as a paying Costco member. I arrived at the Optical Dept at 4 PM on March 4 and followed protocol by taking ticket D10. When Tasha finally "assisted" me, she performed a pathetic bait-and-switch: she took my D10 ticket and gave it to another woman who had ticket D12 just to justify helping her first.
