Dr Reed is thee best. First time I went to see her, I didn’t know in the 2 decades of wearing contact lenses and glasses that they could be that comfortable (contacts) and good(glasses). I love her work! Not to mention professionalism. Preliminary staff is good too. Also, 2 pair of glasses for $460 is really a deal compared to the other place I used to get glasses from that was about $500 for one.
Beware: the optometrists will provide false information about what is covered by your insurance, denying (without even checking which plan you are on) that services, such as contact lens prescriptions and fitting/training sessions, are covered. They will, however, always try to upsell you additional services not covered by the insurance without asking (nevertheless clarifying first that the insurance does not cover them).

I received my first glasses with progressive lenses about 2 months ago. They were adjusted and seemed to work great at first, but as with anything new, that feeling quickly went away when I realized how difficult it was to focus on anything close by. I struggled trying to adjust and make it work, but I never could focus without great difficulty. Eventually, I settled on manually moving my glasses to get the focus right.
