What a great experience. I've bought tons of things and eyewear from Costco before but I came in with a pair of broken glasses and I already had replacement frames and just needed the lenses swapped out. Michelle did it for me in no time as a courtesy free of charge. It's so rare to experience customer service like that anymore. I will definitely be purchasing my next round of contacts and frames from here. Thanks again Michelle!
So I’ve been going to this Costco for eye exams for like 10 yrs And the one single time I didn’t go there and I went somewhere else. My prescription was incorrect and I purchased over $500 for the glasses that had the wrong prescription but this Costco these doctors are amazing. Only the space comfortable and the people within it are so kind and polite and it’s a very small space so to have a few people in there that I think there’s four employees at a time that includes a doctor.
