The exam and doctor was great but went to pick up glasses and was ignored by some old guy had to wait 20 minutes till the nice guy with tattoos came back from his break.
The doctors and eye exam clinic staff are great, but the customer service at the glasses counter is consistently poor. I’ve bought three pairs of glasses here, and only one tall gentleman has ever been kind and helpful. On 7/28, I went in to pick up a pair of glasses. It was busy, so I politely asked an older staff member, “Excuse me, do I need a ticket if I’m just picking up?” He snapped back rudely, clearly annoyed I even asked. What a great experience. I've bought tons of things and eyewear from Costco before but I came in with a pair of broken glasses and I already had replacement frames and just needed the lenses swapped out. Michelle did it for me in no time as a courtesy free of charge. It's so rare to experience customer service like that anymore. I will definitely be purchasing my next round of contacts and frames from here. Thanks again Michelle!
So I’ve been going to this Costco for eye exams for like 10 yrs And the one single time I didn’t go there and I went somewhere else. My prescription was incorrect and I purchased over $500 for the glasses that had the wrong prescription but this Costco these doctors are amazing. Only the space comfortable and the people within it are so kind and polite and it’s a very small space so to have a few people in there that I think there’s four employees at a time that includes a doctor.
