Came in for an adjustment hour before closing because my child stepped on my "rimless" glasses and both lenses popped out. I was hoping maybe one of the lenses could get reattached before closing. I gave them to Rosa she made a noise and asked if she could keep them overnight. I said unfortunately no. She then launched into a lecture about always having backups and that my set was getting old. If you don't want to make an adjustment or don't have the time just say so. It's not helpful and it wastes my time.
The optometry doctor has a really bad attitud it was my first time getting contacts he didnt explain anything to me he was just trying get rid of me n gave me the wrong prespcrition he was pushing me throuhg out the test n i didnt felt comfortable
Your system for pick up has to change. There is no need for people to wait 30-45 minutes to pick up an order. This is ridiculous
This review is for the optometrist, not the glasses sales dept. Appointment was easy to make. Dr. Phu Nguyen and staff were super kind, quick, and thorough. Dr. Nguyen answered all my questions. Would come back and recommend, no questions. Going rate for the basic exam is currently $95 (summer 2026).
If you’re not picking up an order, expect to receive horrible customer service and wait for at least 30 minutes. When I arrived to the optical station I went to pick a ticket and it was empty so I joined the line like everyone else. They proceeded to help everyone else but me because they were picking up and I stood at the front of the line for about 20minutes.
