I had no idea this optometrist was not a part of Costco. I went two times to get prescription for glasses and both times the optometrist failed to provide me with a correct prescription. I got headaches from both of the prescriptions I ended up just going through Kaiser. I should’ve done that from the very beginning to save myself six months worth of trouble. I’ve used the optical counter service for years. The people are always very helpful and they spend time with each person, not rushing them. This is important when you’re trying to find the eyeglasses that work for you. Consequently, it may take a little longer for your number to be called, but you get the attention and help that you need so it’s worth the wait. Very happy!

Tried to schedule an appointment and as soon as I call the office, the lady on the line immediately says “ohhhh you’re breaking up call back later” and hangs up. The call ended in 2 seconds. Can you please get a new receptionist? Going to a different Costco now.
