I’ve used the optical counter service for years. The people are always very helpful and they spend time with each person, not rushing them. This is important when you’re trying to find the eyeglasses that work for you. Consequently, it may take a little longer for your number to be called, but you get the attention and help that you need so it’s worth the wait. Very happy!

Tried to schedule an appointment and as soon as I call the office, the lady on the line immediately says “ohhhh you’re breaking up call back later” and hangs up. The call ended in 2 seconds. Can you please get a new receptionist? Going to a different Costco now.
Christina helped fix my glasses after I sat on them and there was no wait and she was super helpful in answering my questions about blue light filters
The optometrist rushed my eye exam and ended up prescribing the wrong prescription. I would not recommend this location.
