I have been here a few times . The front desk girls are really nice . I went back for a checkup because I had an issue with my contact rotating in one of my eyes .Dr. tells me that my eyes “are stupid “ laughs and says it’s a joke . I’ve never had an encounter with a Dr. that’s very unprofessional and says demeaning things to their own customers. Suggest going somewhere else .

My experience at Costco optical in Lancaster has been bad everytime. There is always an issue with the frames I get.

I’m leaving a two star review only because the front desk people in the optometrist office were very sweet, I arrived early for my appointment, and I still had to wait almost 45 minutes for the exam. When I got into the small exam room, I noticed that the equipment used to check your eyes was covered with make-up from the last patient. I’m just glad the equipment was white, otherwise I never would have known! I honestly can’t remember if the equipment in the front office was wiped down after the last client. I had a great experience with the optical center! The staff was so kind during the appointment itself, but Kelly was so fun and kind when it came to picking out the frames. She was so friendly and made it a great experience. It was busy, but that is expected with Costco.
