I’m leaving a two star review only because the front desk people in the optometrist office were very sweet, I arrived early for my appointment, and I still had to wait almost 45 minutes for the exam. When I got into the small exam room, I noticed that the equipment used to check your eyes was covered with make-up from the last patient. I’m just glad the equipment was white, otherwise I never would have known! I honestly can’t remember if the equipment in the front office was wiped down after the last client. 35 minutes waiting for assistance!!!!! Really??? Super slow personal,
I had a great experience with the optical center! The staff was so kind during the appointment itself, but Kelly was so fun and kind when it came to picking out the frames. She was so friendly and made it a great experience. It was busy, but that is expected with Costco.
I grabbed a number and was told Im next, then was proceeded to be passed by several people who did not have to grab a number. I don’t understand how the order of when people arrive does not matter. Why does people picking up a prescription receive priority? I was trying to quickly drop off an order for contacts but instead waited 30 minutes to be passed by 5 people that had just walked in. I call in advance to check the price. I dive down there . The front desk lady notices the optometrist used total ones as a trial now Costco can’t give me the brand I’ve been using for years. I explain how astigmatism is hard for the doctors to have on hand since they are expensive and total one was what they had at the moment as a trial. Still won’t provide the same brand I’ve been using for years and gas is wasted. Goes to show, Costco offers cheaper contacts but the hoops they make you go through is not worth it.
