Terrible service. I signed in to wait in line, and even when it said I was next they skipped me. I was told I didn’t respond, and had to get back in line. When I finally got up to the front I was told the eye doctor and optometry were different and they couldn’t pull my prescription but could charge my insurance. I don’t think they know what they are doing, and it’s clear that wait time is a performance metric for their job, and not customer satisfaction. Doctor and staff are so kind! Doctor gave me a mini biology lesson on my eyes and determined that the last prescription was too strong for me (🎯😟) I am loving this GenZ workforce! Yall keep us young and feeling valued!
Dr. Coto and her team are amazing! Dr. Coto helped me out a lot when I went to see her for an eye exam, she took great care of me and Deborah (receptionist) followed up with me to make sure I'm doing well! They go above and beyond for helping you and making sure you get the help you need. If I could give them 10 star rating I would! AVOID THIS OPTOMETRIST. This optometrist WOULD NOT tell me over the phone if they accepted my insurance and that I needed to schedule an appointment to come in to verify if I had insurance. According to Google they are not in the Eye Med Insurance network. Now they want to charge me a $35. cancellation fee. Total BAIT AND SWITCH. YOU and EYECARE another example of GREED.
