Was in town from Ohio visiting my Grandma and going on a cruise. When I realized I had forgotten my contacts, I thought I was out of luck. However, this office was able to squeeze me in and help me get my issue resolved. Dr. VanEenenaam was so kind, quick, and helpful. Makes me wish I lived around here so that I could switch eye care providers! highly recommend.
The female doctor has absolutely horrible bedside manner. The male is great! If you can choose, do not choose her. She is rude and insensitive. She told me I’m indecisive during the exam, then was so sure about not giving me the same prescription I’ve used the last 4 years. She was rude about the dialatuon when I said I was nervous as I’ve never had it before and said “we used to do this to each other every day in optometry school I don’t know why all you people make it a big deal” okay that was schooling which you chose. Wonderful experience. Eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses. Friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend them. Lynne is extraordinary.
bought a pair of glasses bi focal transition progressive and eye exam elswhere for under 600 turbo flex. excellent and elsewhere americas best over 800. costco was very professional and knowledgeable
This place will cause you problems! My prescription expired and no one contacted me to inform. When I called to order a new pair of contacts, they couldn’t get me in for weeks. I’ll be switching optometrists because of their horrific service!
