I came in close to closing time. Justin was absolutely phenomenal. Hands down the best service and I have been wearing glasses for over 45 years . He was patient and was very interested in what I was looking for. Do yourself a favor and ask for him.
I ordered a pair of eye glasses from this location with Justin. He was excellent!!! I think he is the best sales guy at Costco!!! Anyone buying frames for the first time from Costco vision center should know that they need to pick up a ticket to get in line. It gets busy around 5pm, try to come a bit earlier.
Disappointing Experience at Costco Vision Center I recently visited the Costco Vision Center with my partner, hoping to place her contact lens prescription. However, the service we received left us extremely disappointed and frustrated. Despite being loyal members and covered under the same insurance plan, we were informed that my partner could not be served because she was not listed on the account. used to love costco for eye exams but cant recommend anymore. First I called months ago about a question on my vision and they never bothered to call back. Then, I called today to make an appt and instead I was put on hold 10 min, then transferred, it rang another three minutes with no one picking up and then disconnected. Called right back, was put on hold again. After 3 min I gave up and will be taking my business elsewhere. They never seem to be available anymore and wait times are too long. Too bad!
I had a great experience at Costco optical department. Bryan help my mother in law fixed her glasses with no cost. He was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Bryan
