I came in close to closing time. Justin was absolutely phenomenal. Hands down the best service and I have been wearing glasses for over 45 years . He was patient and was very interested in what I was looking for. Do yourself a favor and ask for him.
I ordered a pair of eye glasses from this location with Justin. He was excellent!!! I think he is the best sales guy at Costco!!! Anyone buying frames for the first time from Costco vision center should know that they need to pick up a ticket to get in line. It gets busy around 5pm, try to come a bit earlier.
Disappointing Experience at Costco Vision Center I recently visited the Costco Vision Center with my partner, hoping to place her contact lens prescription. However, the service we received left us extremely disappointed and frustrated. Despite being loyal members and covered under the same insurance plan, we were informed that my partner could not be served because she was not listed on the account.
