Twice I have came in to get contacts over the last 4 months or so and twice I have had the very unpleasant experience of dealing with a Helen. She is extremely rude, condescending, aggressive and downright unpleasant. The rest of the staff is pleasant and friendly. I would encourage management to pay closer attention to how she handles their customers. It’s very odd and not what you expect out of a Costco. By far the worst and downright strange experience I have had in a long time.
Worst customer service experience with Helen. I tried to chalk it up to maybe her having a bad day, but unfortunately that is not the case, she treats us poorly every single time we come in. We have been clients of costco vision center for many years, but we will never come back after today to be victims of Helen’s ongoing disrespect and nasty attitude.
