I visited Clear Vision Family Optometry and received exceptional care. Dr. Phoebe Nguyen was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions, providing valuable insights into my eye health and what to expect. Months later, I returned to have my prescription filled. Jacqueline from the office and Rebecca from the Optical Center went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Dr. Phoebe Nguyen is an excellent optometrist. I have been several times and she always gives me a great exam and prescription for eyeglasses. She even has this cool camera to take pictures of my Retina, a thing you usually need to visit the ophthalmologist for.

Twice I have came in to get contacts over the last 4 months or so and twice I have had the very unpleasant experience of dealing with a Helen. She is extremely rude, condescending, aggressive and downright unpleasant. The rest of the staff is pleasant and friendly. I would encourage management to pay closer attention to how she handles their customers. It’s very odd and not what you expect out of a Costco. By far the worst and downright strange experience I have had in a long time.
